The MicroMed flexible endoscope repair lab is located in Indianapolis, IN. A strategic centralized location that allows for efficient shipping throughout the country. Our service department has extensive experience and capability to repair FUJIIFLM, Olympus and Pentax flexible endoscopes used in both endoscopy and surgery. Our technicians have OEM training and 100’s of years in combined experience repairing flexible endoscopes.
Our goal is to provide quality repairs with a quick turnaround at the most competitive pricing in the industry.
Repair Process
Prior to sending a scope in for repair, we request that each customer requests an RMA and fills out the necessary repair request forms. Once we receives a scope for repair and enters it into our database. A repair number is generated by the system and a repair report is created which follows the scope through the entire repair cycle. The scope is evaluated and inspected to OEM specifications. If the customer is on service contract, the repair process begins immediately. For non contract customers a service estimate is generated and sent for your approval. Our team is ready and willing to walk you through the findings and evaluate possible causes of the damage and ways to avoid it in the future.
Repair Capability
Our technicians are the heart and sole of our repair department. The have extensive training that allows them to precisely perform complex rebuilds and rewiring cameras. As well as simple bending rubber replacements and angulation adjustments.. Our technicians have the ability to handle all of your service needs.
