MicroMed’s flexible endoscope repair lab, strategically located in Indianapolis, IN, to ensure efficient shipping and service across the country. Our service department is highly experienced in repairing FUJIFILM, Olympus, and Pentax flexible endoscopes used in both endoscopy and surgery. Our technicians have OEM training and hundreds of years of combined experience in flexible endoscope repair. We are committed to providing quality repairs with a quick turnaround at competitive industry pricing.
Repair Process
Before sending a scope for repair, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and complete the necessary repair request forms. Once we receive your scope, it is entered into our database, and a unique repair number is generated along with a repair report that accompanies the scope throughout its repair cycle.
Each scope undergoes a thorough evaluation and inspection to OEM specifications. If you are a service contract customer, the repair process begins immediately. For non-contract customers, a service estimate will be generated and sent for your approval. Our team is available to discuss the findings with you, identify possible causes of damage, and suggest ways to prevent future occurrences.
Repair Capability
Our technicians are the cornerstone of our repair department. Their extensive training enables them to perform complex rebuilds, rewire cameras, and handle simpler tasks such as bending rubber replacements and angulation adjustments. They are fully equipped to manage all your service needs.
